moody

wat hv i been doing lately? hmm..NOTHING….but yet im still feeling moody….dont know what’s the reason..just dont hv the mood….

tdy got my results..yeah (at least my mood was happy for the whole day…till…) i got 2 HD and 2 Credit…im so proud of myself….as master is not that easy at all…i almost lie flat when doing assignments and exams…and this is my best semaster (as till now) the best results!

oh yes, baked a milo chiffon cake over the wkend…got the pic…shall upload later. a bit wet..because i made a silly mistake. i put the milo powder together with the flour, instead of making a milo drink and replace it with coconut milk instead..hehe…but overall…my friends said it was nice..so im glad that my cake is a success! but i will take note of liquid quantity and should make into a milo drink instead of mixing it together with the flour mixture.

the incredible hulk

watched the incredible hulk today…since i’ve discount voucher.

not a bad show..action packed…and i enjoyed the movie. hehe..i know im a bit outdated..as this show has been in the cinema for quite a while..but i was busy preparing for exams in june..that’s why didnt hv much time to catch a movie…

well..better late than never catch the movie..hehe..

thereafter went for makan at a vie restaurant, had my fav beef noodle…shopped around and bought a jacket.

went to sugar and spice, a cafe near my place..to hv a piece of death by chocolate and a hot chocolate.  this cake is simply delicious…simply bcos i love chocolates!  had my hot chocolate, death by chocolate and reading the book: the last lecture…heaven!

actually it’s bcos im feeling moody that’s y need something to boost my mood…so decided to go and eat sinful food…there goes my body step which i attended this am…but well, im happier and i can burn off the calories again tmr…

has baked banana muffins..and it tasted so yummy!! recipe was given by my friend…and i shall upload the pics later…before eating (the next day after baking), i put inside the toaster and toast it…and the top is so crunchy..smells so nice..yay…hehehe..

wat a boring sat i’ve…no where to go…and also dont feel like going out…my butt has sticked to the chair..haha..cnt imagine y i can face the computer for the whole day…friends hv asked me: dont you feel tired facing the computer for the whole day?  my reply:  hmm..not at all…

so glad that nowadays technology can do wonders…and i can simply just sit infront of my precious notebook, eat tibits, watch online movies/shows, surf net, msn…etc…

oh yea…baked a green tea chiffon cake yesterday..lazy to upload the pics..once uploaded will update my blog.

taste is okie..and i’ve put in some chocolate chips in between. but i guess i still prefer the normal pandan chiffon cake..haha..old fashion right? still feel that i love the panda and coconut smell. next wk, i shall baked milo chiffon cake…hehe

u muz be wondering y i like chiffon cake..bcos it’s simple, easy to bake and best of all no butter! sometimes i really hate to beat butter with sugar…so messy.

got the urge to eat choc chip muffins too! hahaha…

hmmm…something happened one yr ago with me and my best friend…but now bcos of a small incident…our friendship just simply died off…if i would hv know this will happen, i will never agree to her request. i don’t understand y she is so petty abt it..bcos wat’s over is over, there’s no way to turn the clock back…and cnt she look at the brighter side that..we hv known each since primary school till now, and she’s so willingly to “give up” our friendship??  or maybe i’ve made her real angry..(which i think and think…also cnt recall what hv i done to make her so angry..:(( … )

i dont know if i want to put in more effort in trying to salvage our friendship anymore..im tired…it’s always one way traffic..im sick of it…

chocolate cookies

baked chocolate cookies today..but forgot to take a pic…taste is nice! and it’s very easy, just need self raising flour, unsalted butter, sugar and coco…beat the unsalted butter with sugar till pale and light in colour, mix in the shifted SR flour and coco…make it to become a dough..put in on the baking tray lined with baking paper..baked for 5 mins on 170 deg and then about 10 – 15 mins on 150 deg. allow it to cool on a wire rack and put into an air tight container..that’s simple right??

the cookie will melt inside your mouth…a good tea-break biscuits that goes well with coffee…yummy!
